CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 333(RES) "An Act amending the                            
Alaska Land Act to define the term `state selected land' for the               
purpose of recognizing mining locations, and giving retrospective              
effect to the amendment; and providing for an effective date" was              
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 333(RES) be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Senator Ellis objected.                              
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his               
motion to advance to third reading.  Without objection, it was so
